Corporate Yoga Class

Service Description

Katie brings over 25 years' experience teaching yoga. The class will be all-levels, catered to the experience levels in the room. Hands-on adjustments are offered to those wish to be corrected. This class is a blend of stretching and strengthening to lift and balance your energy. The sessions ends with a mini sound bath (live flute during savasana/relaxation, plus a singing bowl). Note: Yoga mats and blocks are not provided by Katie.
